JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Duties include:

  • Develop a web site that, in a easy/fun way explains and examples the social, economic, ecological, educational value of trees
  • Briefly describe the role of green infrastructure/trees in community development
  • Provide information on the University Tree Commission- history, membership, goals, policy
  • Provide information/pictures of important trees on campus e.g., Japanese red pine/Hort Woods
  • Provide information/link to campus tree map
  • Provide resources on trees, proper tree maintenance, and tree management
