Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for deep foundation and shoring projects throughout Western New York. This role is ideal for a hands on leader with strong pile driving, drilling, or marine construction experience who can manage crews, equipment, safety, and day to day jobsite execution.

Responsibilities

& Lead and supervise field crews performing piling, drilling, shoring, and marine construction activities

& Coordinate daily operations including equipment, materials, subcontractors, and site logistics

& Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures, quality standards, and project specifications

& Work closely with project managers on scheduling, productivity, and cost control

& Communicate progress, challenges, and resource needs with office and field leadership

& Support layout, planning, and sequencing of deep foundation operations

& Maintain accurate daily reports, timekeeping, and documentation

& Build strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and general contractors

Qualifications

& 5 plus years of experience in deep foundation, pile driving, drilling, or heavy civil construction

& Proven leadership managing field crews on active construction sites

& Strong understanding of equipment used in piling, drilling, and shoring operations

& Ability to read plans, interpret specifications, and coordinate with engineers and project managers

& Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills

& Commitment to safety and high quality workmanship
