Summary
This position is accountable for performing clinical duties to assist the physician staff in the care of the patients at the Urgent Care Center.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant program.
- Current license to practice as a professional nurse and a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania OR current licensure to practice as a physician assistant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and current certification with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Prescriptive authority privileges.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or other science-related program.
- Previous experience as a CRNP or PA in an urgent care environment.
