Summary
Responsible for performing cardiac diagnostic testing in both inpatient and outpatient departments.
Minimum Qualifications
- Meets at least one of the following:
- Graduate of a medical assistant, EMT, or other clinical healthcare program.
- Certification in ECG/EKG.
- One year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting providing direct patient care.
- Successful completion of an in-house Dysrhythmia training and competency within one year of hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Six months of Holter monitor scanning, with specialized training in rhythm analysis.
- Six months of stress test experience.
- Six months of experience with memory loop event recording.
- Six months of experience performing electroencephalogram (EEG) testing.
