Litigation Associate Attorney (2&-6 Years) &- Hybrid | Pittsburgh, PA | AM 100 Firm
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex litigation matters from inception through resolution, including strategy development and execution
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft high-level briefs, motions, and memoranda on sophisticated legal issues
- Draft and file complaints, including claims under federal statutes and other complex regulatory frameworks
- Manage all phases of discovery, including document review, production, and coordination in multi-party cases
- Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses
- Participate in and support oral arguments, hearings, and trial preparation
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to navigate high-stakes litigation matters
- Assist in class action and large-scale litigation, including briefing class certification and dispositive motions
- Interface with clients and stakeholders, providing clear updates and strategic insights
Qualifications:
- 2&-6 years of litigation experience at a law firm or relevant legal setting
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience with motion practice, depositions, and discovery management
- Exposure to complex litigation (e.g., class actions, commercial litigation, or regulatory matters) preferred
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Licensed and in good standing (PA license or ability to waive in preferred)
