- Assist in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Support the preparation and review of project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to maintain project efficiency.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Support the procurement process, including obtaining quotes and managing purchase orders.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

A successful Commercial Assistant Project Manager should have:
