What You’ll Do:

Handle a variety of civil litigation and insurance defense matters

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence

Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances

Develop case strategy and gain meaningful client interaction

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school

Active bar admission in PA and NJ or NY

1&-3 years of experience in civil litigation, insurance defense, or related practice areas

Strong writing, research, and communication skills
