A well-established and highly respected law firm in Bucks County is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with 3&-6 years of experience to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain broad, hands-on experience, work directly with clients, and build a long-term practice in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Advise clients on a wide range of corporate and business matters

  • Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and transactional documents

  • Assist with business formations, governance, and operational matters

  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions

  • Serve as a day-to-day advisor to business clients

Qualifications
  • 3&-6 years of corporate / business law experience

  • Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
