A well-established and highly respected law firm in Bucks County is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with 3&-6 years of experience to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain broad, hands-on experience, work directly with clients, and build a long-term practice in a collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do

Advise clients on a wide range of corporate and business matters

Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and transactional documents

Assist with business formations, governance, and operational matters

Support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions

Serve as a day-to-day advisor to business clients

Qualifications

3&-6 years of corporate / business law experience
