- Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Support project managers in tracking budgets and ensuring cost control measures are implemented.

A successful Commercial Assistant Project Manager should have:
- 2-5 years construction experience on projects up to $10M
- College degree in related field
- Procore experience required-overall tech knowledge is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience working within the property industry or a related field.
- Proficiency in construction software and project management tools.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Competitive salary ranging from $85,500 to $104,500.
