Job Description
  • Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee adherence to safety protocols and building codes throughout the construction process.
  • Inspect work progress and ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and material orders.
  • Communicate project updates and milestones to senior management and clients regularly.
  • Provide leadership and support to on-site teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Construction Superintendent should have:

  • 10 years Proven experience in supervising commercial construction projects up to $20M.
  • Experienced in managing internal and external teams on site
  • Effortlessly liasion between subcontractors, vendors, owners, other stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills to guide on-site personnel effectively.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage project timelines and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently during project execution.
