A well established public accounting firm in the western Pennsylvania market is seeking a motivated Tax Accountant to join their collaborative team environment. This opportunity is ideal for someone early in their public accounting career who enjoys client interaction, takes ownership of their work, and is looking for long-term growth potential within a supportive firm culture.
Position Highlights
- 2 years of experience within a public accounting environment preferred
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
- CPA or EA designation is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities
- Prepare individual and business tax returns
- Assist clients with tax-related questions and planning opportunities
- Support bookkeeping and accounting functions as needed
- Maintain strong client communication and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely work product
- Continue developing technical tax and accounting knowledge
