This role provides an exciting opportunity to revitalize a strong portfolio of products as well as identify, develop and implement new technological solutions and products to further support the robust growth of this business category.

Your role:

  • Assist in creating value propositions and business cases to effectively communicate the benefits and justify investments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and supporting decision-making processes
  • Accountable for business case development & realization
  • Handles execution of the claims roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize validated claims based on market trends and regulatory requirements

  • You’ve acquired 0 years’ experience or 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in an international business environment in the field of product management, marketing, or sales
  • Your skills include a clear understanding of project management
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or engineering related field; MBA preferred
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You are globally aware of growing international markets

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Murrysville, PA is $68,000 to $107,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
