| Job Summary/Basic Function | Dr. Jessica Grady (Associate Professor in the Psychology Department) is seeking research assistants for the toddler emotions and relationships study. Research assistants will support the day-to-day needs of this study under the direction of Dr. Grady. Activities will include assisting with recruitment efforts to identify parents of toddlers who may be interested in participating in the study, enacting the role of an experimenter during study visits, and implementing behavior coding schemes of toddler and parent behaviors. Research assistants must be able to participate in study tasks in person (Luek Hall, Millersville University campus) for 10 weeks for 12 hours/week. Anticipated start date is mid/late May and the position may continue up to the start of the Fall 2026 term. Clearances are required.
