  • Oversee /all accounts payables and accounts receivables for all subsidiaries.
    • \n\t
  • Prepare/review budgets and other financial reports for related companies.
    • \n\t
  • Prepare all monthly account analysis and journal entries for related companies.
    • \n\t
  • Perform monthly closing process for all real estate entities and related companies.
    • \n\t
  • Determine transaction coding and record all real estate transactions for related companies including purchases, sales, predevelopment costs, and construction draws.
    • \n\t
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, actual vs. budget for all the real estate entities using the reporting module in the accounting system.
    • \n\t
  • Work with CFO on year-end closings for all entities to include year-end journal entries, debt, investments, accruals, loans, capital assets and depreciation expense.

  • Work with vendor for all systems training and maintenance.
    • \n\t
  • Maintain accurate contract files to include financial support documents.
    • \n\t
  • Prepare funding source invoices for all project funding.
    • \n\t
  • Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules.
    • \n\t
  • Analyze cash sheets to general ledger C\\cash accounts for all entities on a weekly basis.

  • Review, reconcile and complete all monthly bank statements for all subsidiaries.

  • Minimum 5 years hands-on accounting exp.
