This position is responsible for anticipating and providing for guests' needs in the timely service of their dining experience. This role will also train new servers (including assisting with the development of training materials), provide on-the-spot coaching once training is complete, and uphold brand standards with the rest of serving staff. Help with supervisory shifts.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):

Provide excellent guest service by engaging with customers in a friendly manner while anticipating their needs. Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude. -

Maintain knowledge of the food and beverage menu, in order to answer guest questions and make recommendations as needed. -

Monitor assigned tables and check in on guests to ensure tables are enjoying their meals. Take action to correct any problems as needed. -

Adhere to all alcohol rules and guidelines in accordance with RAMP to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests. -

Maintain dining room cleanliness, table manicuring, and overall dining room housekeeping. Perform side work, set up, and closing duties. -

Train newly hired service staff on brand standards, menus, and safe service of alcohol while demonstrating the core values of the company and sharing the expectations of the team. -

Assist service manager with maintaining and updating all service training material. -

Ensure service staff are maintaining brand standards by providing consistent on-the-spot coaching. -

Work within the Department of Agriculture Regulations to ensure food safety is being met. Identify potential issues before they reach the customer. -

Complete payment of all guest checks and finalize all financial transactions. Hold a manager card to assist with discounts while following all discount procedures. -

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of related experience.

Industry Experience - Food & Beverage
-
18 years of age or older.
-
Post-Employment - RAMP certification within 30 days of hire.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proficient working with details on a daily basis for prolonged periods of time.
