Restaurant Supervisor Overview:

As a Restaurant Supervisor you will demonstrate a high level of service, attention to detail for exceptional guests’ satisfaction and positive associate relations. We are looking for a food & beverage professional with leadership and organizational skills to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising hotel restaurant operations.
• Administrative skills.
• Greeting guests and responding to queries or concerns in a timely manner.
• Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
• Expediting orders as needed.
• Assist Manager in maintaining food and beverage inventory.
• Monitoring cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
• Schedule appropriately with Manager.
• Time management and problem-solving skills.
• Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
• Assisting in training and mentoring new associates.
• Supervising, supporting and working shifts.
• Communicating with culinary and kitchen teams.

Job Requirements:

• Supervising experience is preferred but not necessary.

• Must pas a background check.
• Ability to follow instructions.
