Admissions - NortheastJob Summary/Basic Function
The Admissions Associate position is a full-time, one-year appointment running from July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027. The role functions as an essential member of the admissions office responsible for engaging prospective students, families and counselors through all stages of the admissions cycle.
Responsibilities:
Manage an assigned recruitment territory
Plan and execute 6-8 weeks of recruitment travel in the fall and 2-3 weeks in the spring, including some nights and weekends.
Engage prospective and accepted students through on-campus, off-campus, and virtual programming, including some nights and weekends
Co-lead and/or support admissions projects.
Conduct personal outreach and follow-up on a consistent basis with prospective and accepted students
Evaluate applications and provide recommendations to the admissions committee.
Conduct interviews, information sessions, presentations, and workshops that advance the college’s outreach and enrollment goals.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the admissions team.
Priority consideration will be given to applicants who apply before June 1, 2026.
