Job Summary/Basic Function

Responsible for greeting and directing visitors and calls. Checking ID cards for all people entering the facility. Helping to provide equipment for use in the gym facility. Providing the schedule of activities in the facility for those seeking to use the gym.

Essential Functions:

• Provide phone, receptionist, information and/or refer customer service duties

• Establish and maintain records and files,

• Controls the entrance of students, employees and guest into the facility through the use of a computerized access card control system and is also responsible for following all policies and procedures regarding same.

• Ensure the facility users are adhering to Kline center policies

Required:

High School Diploma or GED
