1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm M-F
OR 2nd Shift: 2:00pm – 10:30pm M-F (that includes 10% shift differential)
What You’ll Do
- Fabricate and assemble mechanical components using schematics from our in-house design team
- Build precision equipment for advanced liquid pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Test, troubleshoot, and verify system performance
- Travel within the U.S. or internationally to support equipment installation and final commissioning

What You Bring
- Experience in mechanical assembly or fabrication; stainless steel experience preferred
- MIG/TIG welding experience is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Willingness to travel to customer sites to install and start up equipment you helped build in Bethlehem, PA

The Bottom Line
This role combines hands-on mechanical assembly with opportunities to support on-site installations. If you prefer working on complex equipment and seeing projects through from build to startup, this position delivers that experience.
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- One (1) year previous Assembler/Fabrication experience.
- Experience with MIG & TIG stainless steel welding methods & techniques a plus, but not required.
- Ability to read tape measure and perform simple mathematical equations.
- Aptitude with blue print reading.
- Proficient with the use of hand tools and basic fabrication tools.
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. / 23 kilograms.
- Typical work is in a manufacturing environment or customer’s site.
- Required to stand for long periods of time and may involve heavy manual labor.
- You will need to be able to stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, reach, lift, push, pull and carry items.
- Exposure to loud noises.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment.
- Awareness of and prior experience with implementing Continuous Improvement (CI) a plus.
- Prior Lean/Six Sigma experience a plus.
