First Shift (Monday through Saturday)Assist chemists with measuring, weighing, and mixing raw materials for product formulation. Conduct laboratory tests to evaluate product safety, quality, and stability. Maintain detailed documentation, reports, and testing records. Clean, calibrate, and maintain lab equipment while following safety procedures. Collaborate with development, production, and marketing teams on product initiatives. Cosmetic Lab Assistant Qualifications:Understanding of chemistry, cosmetic science, or related laboratory concepts Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured protocols.
