STV specializes in engineering, architecture, planning and construction management services, serving the building and facilities, transportation, energy, and infrastructure market sectors. It has two headquarters sites: Douglassville, Pennsylvania, and 225 Park Avenue South in Manhattan, New York City. The roots of STV can be traced back to 1912 to a single structural engineer who specialized in designing structures and foundations. Now, as our firm has reached the century mark, we are still building on these foundations – embracing our tradition and experience while forging a vision to leave an even larger mark on the future. To grow into what we are today, it took the drive, vision and enduring impact of numerous firms to form STV’s foundation. Since 1912, STV has strengthened its core by adding other organizations, many of which have deeply embedded roots in their communities that go back to the first half of the 20th century.
